Adam Schaal is the Founder and Managing Director of Locale Property Group and the founder of Locale Wealth.

With more than a decade of leadership experience across the property and building industries, Adam has developed a detailed understanding of the decisions, risks and competing interests that can shape a person’s property journey. He created Locale Wealth to help everyday Australians approach property investment with a clear strategy, honest information and a stronger understanding of what they are committing to.

Adam believes the strategy should come before the property. Rather than beginning with a listing or promoting the same approach to everyone, Locale Wealth starts by understanding the investor’s goals, circumstances and longer-term plans.
